My wife and I, and our children, embarked in our biggest adventure in late 2014. We quit our jobs, left the big city and moved to a less populated, less complicated, less crime, less hassle, less, less, less of everything, including less job opportunities.

Why did we do this? Good question. We did it because we felt led, by our heavenly father Yahweh, to take a leap of faith and trust solely in Him for everything. Now, a year and a half later, faith is certainly something we do not have less.

So what is faith? To me, faith is believing in something or someone without logical proof, to place your trust in something or someone without evidence or proof. My family and I started on this journey having faith that Yahweh would provide for all of our needs, as long as we continue to serve Him and do His will.

“Wherefore, if Elohim so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall henot much more clotheyou, O ye of little faith?” Matthew 6:30

“And Yahushua said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.” Matthew 17:20

Our Savior corrected and instructed His disciples many times to have more faith, to live in faith, to do all things in faith.

In the wilderness, Yahweh provided for all of His children’s needs, even when they complained. He does this because He loves us unconditionally. We are His chosen people if we chose to be, if we chose to do His will and accept His son as our sacrifice. Yahushua told His disciples that whatever we ask in His name, His father in heaven would provide.

“And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” John 13:14

Many people believe that they can ask for anything, a new home, a new car, a better job, a boyfriend/girlfriend, their favorite sports team to win, the list goes on and on. They are missing the most important part; the verses before and after this verse. People are ignoring that we are instructed to live a life in accordance to Yahweh’s will and direction. We need to remember that “No” is an answer and so is, “Not right now”. There may be sins in our life that are separating us from Yahweh’s perfect plan for us. We need to learn to recognize our sins and repent, so Yahweh can use us for His glory.

Only by the grace and the direction from our heavenly father Yahweh, the sacrifice of Yahushua and complete faith in both of them have we made it thus far in Kerrville, TX. My wife and I are amazed every month that Yahweh provided yet again. We still have our roof over our head, clothes on our backs and food on our table. WE SERVE ON AWSOME CREATOR!! PRAISE YAHWEH

I know this blog is a little disorganized and maybe not as planned out as I would have liked (Maybe I will organize it and make adjustments in the future). I just wanted to write something really quick to praise our heavenly father and to thank Him for His mercy, grace and provisions.

Thank you Yahweh for providing for my family and me!!
